    一种大麻素的提取纯化方法

    Abstract: 本发明公开了一种大麻素的提取纯化方法,包含:步骤1,取干燥的大麻原料粉碎,得大麻粉末;步骤2,加入到亚临界萃取设备中,再泵入亚临界醋酸水溶液5~10倍量,循环提取,得大麻提取液;该亚临界醋酸水溶液是指将醋酸水溶液预处理至温度250~350℃,压力5MPa~25MPa的亚临界状态,pH值为3~5;步骤3,将大麻提取液降温至70℃以下,离心去除药渣层及水层,得到粗油提取物;步骤4,分子蒸馏纯化、除杂,得大麻全谱油;步骤5,纯化:利用层析柱进行梯度洗脱,收集CBG等大麻素。本发明采用亚临界醋酸水溶液萃取技术,对原料的含水量无需特别控制,简化了提取工艺,不但节省了有机溶剂,且提取、脱羧和除杂一步完成,减少工艺过程,提高收率,节约成本。

    Abstract: 本发明涉及提取工艺领域,具体涉及一种从微生物发酵产物中提取大麻萜酚的方法。所述方法包括:S1、将合成大麻萜酚的微生物发酵料液经过滤获得菌体,对所获得的菌体进行乙醇提取,提取后去除菌体,并将去除菌体后的料液浓缩至乙醇体积浓度为40%~50%,得到含有大麻萜酚的浓缩提取液;S2、向上述浓缩提取液中加入正己烷进行萃取,分三层:S21、收集上层的正己烷相;S22、分离中间层物质并提高其乙醇浓度,加入正己烷萃取,分两层,收集上层的正己烷相。本发明从微生物发酵产物中分离得到了高纯度的大麻萜酚,且过程简单,操作方便,设备成本低,可以在大麻萜酚的工业生产中得到推广应用。
