Abstract: 本发明提供一种能够抑制表面变色和接合时半导体元件损伤、连续键合性优异、进而生产率也优异的在芯材中含有Ag的键合线。一种键合线,具有:含有75质量%以上的Ag的芯材和形成于该芯材的外周面上的防变色层(14),防变色层通过将含有至少1种具有至少一个硫醇基且碳原子数为8~18的脂肪族有机化合物与至少1种表面活性剂的水溶液涂布于芯材的外周面而形成。
