Abstract: A method for imaging may include directing a PET scanner to perform scans of a subject injected with a tracer during a first time period. The method may also include generating PET images by reconstructing the PET data that are generated by the PET scanner based on the scans of the subject. The method may also include determining a first portion of a blood input function of the tracer in the subject based on the PET images. The method may also include determining an integral of a second portion of the blood input function based on a kinetic model, the PET data, and the first portion of the blood input function. The method may also include determining kinetic parameters of the kinetic model based on the PET data, the first portion of the blood input function, and the integral of the second portion of the blood input function.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for determining a target activity map and a target attenuation map for producing a PET image. The systems may execute the methods to acquire, based on a PET system, a first dataset relating to coincidence events with TOF information, and a second dataset relating to single events. The systems may also execute the methods to determine a target activity map and a target attenuation map based on the first dataset and the second dataset through a plurality of iterations. The systems may further execute the methods to generate the PET image based on the target activity map and the target attenuation map.

Abstract: A method may include; obtaining a 3D CT image of a scanning area of a subject; obtaining PET data of the scanning area of the subject; gating the PET data based on a plurality of motion phases; reconstructing a plurality of gated 3D PET images; registering the plurality of gated 3D PET images with a reference 3D PET image; determining a motion vector field corresponding to a gated 3D PET image of the plurality of gated 3D PET images based on the registration; determining a motion phase for each of the plurality of CT image layers; correcting, for each of the plurality of CT image layers, the CT image layer with respect to a reference motion phase; and reconstructing a gated PET image with respect to the reference motion phase based on the corrected CT image layers and the PET data.
