Abstract: An imaging system includes a collimator assembly, a detector assembly and a control device. The collimator assembly is configured to collimate photons emitted from an imaged subject. The collimator assembly includes a plurality of slit-plates, each of the plurality slit-plates including one or more slits configured to collimate the photons in a first direction, and a plurality of slats parallel to a transverse plane of the imaging system. The detector assembly is configured to generate signals based on the collimated photons. The control device is configured to place the plurality of slit-plates in a plurality of locations to provide a plurality of fields of view of the imaging system.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for determining a target activity map and a target attenuation map for producing a PET image. The systems may execute the methods to acquire, based on a PET system, a first dataset relating to coincidence events with TOF information, and a second dataset relating to single events. The systems may also execute the methods to determine a target activity map and a target attenuation map based on the first dataset and the second dataset through a plurality of iterations. The systems may further execute the methods to generate the PET image based on the target activity map and the target attenuation map.

Abstract: Systems and methods for image reconstruction are provided. The methods may include obtaining a first image sequence of a subject and obtaining an initial input function that relates to a concentration of an agent in blood vessels of the subject with respect to time. The first image sequence may include one or more first images generated based on a first portion of scan data of the subject. The methods may further include, for each of a plurality of pixels in the one or more first images, determining at least one correction parameter associated with the pixel and determining, based on the initial input function and the at least one correction parameter, a target input function The methods may further include generating one or more target image sequences related to one or more dynamic parameters based at least in part on a plurality of target input functions.

The image sequence may include one or more images generated via scanning the subject at one or more consecutive time periods. The method may also include obtaining a target machine learning model. The method may further include generating at least one target image using the target machine learning model based on the image sequence. The at least one target image may present a dynamic parameter associated with the subject. The target machine learning model may provide a mapping between the image sequence and the at least one target image.

Abstract: A system and method of imaging a patient are provided. The system may include an acquisition configured to obtain a PET dataset relating to a target organ of a patient. The system may also include a processing module configured to determine a reference point of the target organ, divide the PET dataset into a plurality of data frames, and determine a motion signal of the target organ based on a plurality of first statistical parameters and a plurality of second statistical parameters. The processing module may further sort the PET dataset into a plurality of bins based on the motion signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for motion signal recalibration. The method includes obtaining a motion signal of a subject based on positron emission tomography (PET) data of the subject. The motion signal may represent a plurality of motion cycles. The method includes determining a distribution of the motion cycles. The distribution of the motion cycles may indicate a probability that each motion cycle of the plurality of motion cycles corresponds to an actual motion cycle. The method includes correcting the motion cycles of the motion signal based on the distribution of the motion cycles to obtain corrected motion cycles. The method includes reconstructing a PET image by gating the PET data based on the corrected motion cycles.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for image generation. The method may include obtaining a first image acquired by an imaging device. The first image may include a representation of a blood vessel of a subject based on a tracer. The method may further include obtaining a blood vessel model configured to provide one or more constraints regarding one or more characteristics of the blood vessel. The method may further include generating a second image including a representation of the blood vessel based on the blood vessel model and the first image. An image resolution of the second image may be higher than an image resolution of the first image. The presentation of the blood vessel in the second image may satisfy at least one of the one or more constraints.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for reconstructing an Emission Computed Tomography (ECT) image based on locally adaptive gating. ECT projection data relating to a subject may be obtained. The ECT projection data may correspond to a plurality of voxels in a reconstructed image domain. The ECT projection data may be divided into a plurality of frames. A plurality of intermediate images may be reconstructed according to the plurality of frames. A plurality of motion amplitudes of the plurality of voxels may be obtained based on the plurality of intermediate images. A plurality of gate numbers may be determined for the plurality of voxels based on the plurality of motion amplitudes of the plurality of voxels. A plurality of ECT images may be reconstructed based on the ECT projection data and the plurality of gate numbers.
