Abstract:
The invention notably relates to a method and device allowing an operator to exchange a discharged traction battery (113) of an electric or hybrid vehicle (3) for a recharged traction battery (114). The device comprises a pit in which are located lifting means (21) for lifting the vehicle, which comprise means (219) for immobilizing the vehicle in a reference position with respect to the direction longitudinal to the vehicle (X) and means (219, 220, 221) for immobilizing the vehicle in a reference position with respect to the direction transverse to the vehicle (Y). The device also comprises means for immobilizing the vehicle in a reference position with respect to the vertical direction (Z) and lifting means (24) for raising and lowering means for unlocking the discharged battery from the vehicle or locking the recharged battery to the vehicle.
Abstract:
A system is provided for locking and/or unlocking an object, such as a power battery of a drive engine of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle, under a structure such as a chassis of the vehicle, including a plurality of locks ensuring the attachment of the object under the structure. The locks are secured to the object and/or structure and each include a hook configured for drawing the object to the structure by compressing an elastically deformable member inserted between the object and the structure and for supporting the object relative to the structure at the end of the approximation travel, as well as a transmission device driving the hook during the drawing travel and configured such as to be actuated by an actuation tool that is separate from the structure and the object.
Abstract:
An electric or hybrid vehicle including an arrangement of mechanisms introducing an extinguishing fluid into a battery pack, especially a drive battery, of the vehicle. A first port is placed in a wall of the pack and provides access to an interior of the pack, the first port including a partial or total blocking mechanism being removable or meltable under effect of temperature. A second port is placed in an element of a body of the vehicle facing the first port. Extinguishing fluid may be introduced into the pack through two ports once the blocking mechanism of the first port has been removed or melted.
Abstract:
An arrangement for a motor vehicle including a mechanism for holding an energy storage device, and associated vehicle. The arrangement includes a chassis, an electrical energy storage device, a fixing device for fixing the energy storage device to the chassis of the vehicle, a holding mechanism configured to switch, in case of a breakage of at least a portion of the fixing device, from a passive configuration in which it does not support the energy storage device to an active configuration in which it supports the energy storage device in such a way to hold the energy storage device close to the chassis.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a system for locking and/or unlocking a power battery under a vehicle chassis, comprising a plurality of tools, each of which includes elements for aligning said tool relative to the battery along a longitudinal axis and along a transverse axis, elements for bearing against the underside of the chassis and enabling balancing, and locking and/or unlocking elements for actuating an attachment bolt between a locked configuration, in which the battery is locked under the chassis, and an unlocked configuration, in which the object is released.

Abstract:
A device for installing and uninstalling a battery on an underside of an electric or hybrid vehicle, the underside of the vehicle lying within a first substantially horizontal plane. The device includes a lift table that vertically moves an engaging member capable of engaging with the underside of the vehicle. The engaging member is moved by the table to mechanically engage with the underside of the vehicle, the underside of the member then being arranged in a second substantially horizontal plane in a state in which, due to a relative inclination between the first and second plane, the engaging member cannot engage with the underside of the vehicle. The lift table is raised using at least two cables, the elasticity of which makes it possible to compensate for the relative inclination of the two planes to enable the engaging member to engage with the underside of the vehicle.
