    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling the movements of articulated arms (21, 22, 23) of an industrial robot (2) using a movement setting means (3) to be guided by hand by an operator, the movements of which are provided for generating at least a portion of the movement control data for the industrial robot (2) to be controlled. At least one of a plurality of reference marks (19, 19′, 19″) is arranged or formed at least on individual articulated arms (21, 22, 23) adjustable by the operator. The movement setting means (3) comprises at least one imaging and/or at least one distance-sensitive sensor (16, 17) which at least one sensor (16, 17) can be set with at least one of the plurality of reference marks (19, 19′, 19″) into a relative spatial position selected by the operator. During a movement of the movement setting means (3) at least the articulated arm (21, 22, 23) bearing the respectively selected reference mark (19, 19′, 19″) follows the movements of the movement setting means by control technology. In addition, a corresponding control system (1) and movement setting means (3) are specified.

    Abstract: A device for determining an angle between two workpiece surfaces, comprising a transmitter for producing a light beam, a continuously rotating directional rotor for emitting the produced light beam in a rotating emission direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the directional rotor, a receiver for receiving a reflected light beam when the emitted light beam is reflected antiparallel to the emission direction by one of the two workpiece surfaces, an emission angle sensor unit for determining emission angles of the emitted light beam at which the receiver receives the reflected light beam, a calibrating unit for determining at least calibration parameters, a memory unit for storing the calibration parameters and an error model, and an evaluation unit configured to determine the angle as a function of the determined emission angles of the light beam emitted by the directional rotor, the stored calibration parameters and the stored error model.

    Abstract: A control system for technical installations includes at least one electronic manual operator-control instrument that can be carried and used mobilely by an operator-control person for influencing and observation of the control system or a connected technical installation. The instrument has a wireless communication interface and a communication interface established via a connecting cable. At least one safety switching element actuated by the person on the manual operator-control instrument can at least terminate potentially hazardous control commands or movement sequences. The hard-wired communication interface includes a contact-based plug interface on the instrument having a first coupling element on the instrument and a second coupling element coupled and decoupled as needed relative to the first coupling element. At least one termination indicator on or in the connecting cable directly in or near the second coupling element can be sensed electronically by a termination-indicator detector.

    Abstract: A device is described for aligning an angle measuring device (1) in relation to two workpiece planes (2, 3) enclosing an angle to be measured, wherein the angle measuring device (1) has a rotating mirror (8) for deflecting a laser beam (10) perpendicular to the axis of rotation (7) of the mirror (8). To provide advantageous alignment conditions, it is proposed that an orientation stop (13), which defines a stop straight line (14), which is parallel to the axis of rotation (7) of the mirror (8), for both workpiece planes (2, 3), is assigned to the angle measuring device (1).
