Abstract:
本发明提供一种相变存储器的数据读出方法及读出电路，当读数据电路在读取相变存储器的一条位线上被选择出的相变存储单元所存储的数据的同时，预充电电路对所述相变存储器的各待读取相变存储单元各自所在的位线中的至少一条进行预充电操作，由此可解决相变存储器在读出时由于位线寄生电容大而无法快速读出的问题，有效提高数据的读出速度。
