Abstract:
A motor actuator includes a rotation sensor and a circuit board both of which are contained in a housing. The rotation sensor includes a rotation detection pattern for generating a detection signal indicating a rotational position of an output shaft, and an output terminal capable of outputting the detection signal from the rotation detection pattern. A terminal connection part to which the output terminal is connected is provided in the circuit board, and electronic components including a communication control unit for controlling the communications with an external control apparatus are mounted on the circuit board.
Abstract:
A motor actuator includes a housing that contains a motor, a sensor contained in the housing, and a transmission path capable of continuously transmitting a detection signal generated by the sensor. The housing has an insertion hole formed therein, and the insertion hole is capable of receiving a probe for taking out the detection signal from the transmission path. The detection signal of the sensor can be directly taken out from the transmission path through the probe. Accordingly, the detection signal of the sensor can be measured continuously with respect to a temporal change, and the accuracy in inspecting the output characteristics of the sensor can be increased.
Abstract:
A pressure sensor module capable of fixing a diaphragm to a base body without using welding is provided. A base body, a first diaphragm, a first elastic body, and a first mounting member are included. The base body has a first recess with a pressure sensor element to be installed inside, and a first receiving surface section extending outward from an opening edge of the first recess. The first diaphragm is provided facing the first receiving surface section so as to close the first recess from an inlet side and arranged separably from the base body. The first elastic body is arranged on one surface side of the first diaphragm outside the opening edge of the first recess. The first mounting member is mounted on the base body with the first diaphragm and the first elastic body pressed toward the first receiving surface section.
