Abstract: A method for Point-in-Time Visualization system management is provided. The method comprises receiving organizational structure queries from user interfaces, creating organizational hierarchy database queries from the organizational structure query, and converting the results of those queries into entity change parameters lists and organizational tree structures for display on the user interface. The displayed organizational tree structure and entity change parameters can be filtered via controls available on the user interface.

Abstract: A method for visualizing corporate hierarchies is provided. The method comprises receiving a selection of a first company stored in a database and retrieving, from the database, an ultimate parent company of the first company. All other known companies with the same ultimate parent company as the first company are then retrieved from the database. An interactive hierarchical tree diagram is displayed in an interface, wherein the first company, the ultimate parent company, and the other known companies with the same ultimate parent company are displayed as nodes according to parent/child relationships among the companies. Also displayed in the interface, adjacent to the tree diagram, is a collapsible nested tree list comprising the first company, the ultimate parent company, and the other known companies with the same ultimate parent company. The tree diagram and nested tree list have synchronized responses to user input.

Abstract: A method for data visualization is provided. The method comprises receiving an input comprising a number of search parameters and then creating a cache node for the number of search parameters in the database, wherein the cache node comprises a first reference associated with the number of search parameters. Then identifying a number of search results related to the number of search parameters and storing the number of search results related to the number of search parameters in the cache node. Further, identifying a number of visualization options related to the number of search results stored in the cache node, wherein each visualization option comprises a second reference associated with the cache node.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for visualizing a supply chain is provided. The method comprises receiving a selection of a first company stored in a database and retrieving, from the database, a first number of consignment companies that buy products from the first company. A second number of consignment companies that buy products from the first number of consignment companies are retrieved from the database. The method further comprises retrieving, from the database, a first number of supplier companies that sell products to the first company and then retrieving, from the database, a second number of supplier companies that sell products to the first number of supplier companies. A supply chain tree diagram is displayed in an interface, wherein the consignment companies and supplier companies are displayed as nodes branching from the first company.
