    Abstract: A peripheral electronic device and a corresponding system configured to determine a health safety status is disclosed. The peripheral electronic device comprises at least: a usage detector, configured to recurrently detect usage status information of the peripheral electronic device; a change status determination circuit, connected with the usage detector and configured to determine, using the usage status information, a first status change from an unused device status of the peripheral electronic device to a used device status of the peripheral electronic device; a device memory; and a health safety status processing circuit, wherein the health safety status processing circuit is configured to enable a dirty bit in the device memory in case the first status change is determined.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing connections between a wireless headset and various user devices, e.g., to answer or place a call at a particular user device (e.g., a device that is not currently connected to the headset) as a headset-supported call in which the call audio is routed from the particular user device to the headset and/or vice versa. Connections between the headset and relevant user devices may be controlled or facilitated by suitable software and hardware components to establish the headset-supported call. For example, such device connections may be controlled or facilitated by a cloud-based network including remote server(s). As another example, the device connections may be controlled or facilitated by a local mesh network, e.g., including user device(s) connected to the headset and the particular user device.
