Abstract: A modular power storage and supply system having a plurality of stacked frame members retaining a plurality of pouch cells, each of the frame members having a pair of pressure contact members abutting the cell tab terminals of the pouch cells, the pressure contact members and cell tab terminals being approximately equal in contact surface area, the frame members being separated by a gap, the system having a compression mechanism that applies pressure to the combination of pressure contact members and cell tab terminals.
