Abstract: A half-duplex (HD), frequency division duplexing (FDD), method for wireless communication systems, implementing an uplink and downlink prioritization respectively for a HD-FDD type mobile communication terminal during a transition between a downlink (DL) sub-frame, labelled n, and an uplink (UL) sub-frame, labelled n+1, in order to avoid overlapping of said sub-frames. This method comprises a step of sending by a base station an allocation message, a step of receiving the allocation message by said terminal and a step of processing said allocation message by said terminal.

Abstract: A method allows determination of a frequency interval for the emission, by an item of user equipment, of a signal to be sent to a base station in a telecommunications network, the frequency interval being within a predetermined frequency band over which the base station works, the method including the determination of frequency interval, wherein the determination of the frequency interval is achieved from a table of references including maximum power reduction values for the emission of a signal by the item of user equipment so that the power of the signal emitted by the item of user equipment at a predetermined out-of-band frequency is less than a predetermined maximum power limit value.

Abstract: A method for allocating radio resources in a wide band radio communication network for uplink communications, the network including cells, each having a base station and terminals, the method including during connection of a first terminal to a first base station of a first cell: performing reference signal quality measurements, defined respectively for the terminals of the cells by each base station, analyzing the interference detected from the first terminal on the uplink communications from the terminals connected to the base stations, the analysis being carried out as a function of the reference signal quality measurements, by each base station, allocating radio resources by the first base station for an uplink communication from the first terminal, as a function of the analysis results on detection of interference from the first terminal on the uplink communications from the other terminals of the cells, the results coming from each cell.

Abstract: A battery sharing method to increase the service life of the batteries of PMR terminals having important uses, such as the terminal of the head of a group such as the police, firefighters, or the like, is disclosed. The technique is based on the detection of neighboring networks and/or neighboring nodes. The detection is facilitated by reiterating a selection (or reselection) of cells and a handover (HO)/vertical handover (VHO) procedure, while relaying and coordinating transmission and reception. The aim of the techniques is to improve communications as well as the duration thereof, in order to enable improved management of the battery of each terminal and to broaden coverage in areas that are not served by a network.
