    Abstract: Provided is a convertible software application management system for a shared data-access layer in a distributed structure system linked to a database for customizable data processing at least in the transportation, home healthcare, hotel, e-commerce, delivery, and other goods and/or service industries. Provided is a dispatching service provider (DSP) application for dispatching objects of service companies to provide an efficient mobile app to promote a cooperative relationship between a DSP and service companies using white label apps and a streamlined/efficient dispatching system. Customers only need to download or utilize a single mobile app to access service providers from a plurality of service companies, white label companies, and/or a DSP, all using the same dispatch software. This increases the likelihood of a customer to find suitable service providers for his/her needs and allows service entities to reach additional customers and maintain their brands without the need for a plurality of mobile applications.

    Abstract: A system and method for identifying a potential parking violation for a location includes storing and rating parking violation related data, and notifying a user, by a computing system communicating with a user's computing device, of the potential parking violation and how to avoid receiving the potential parking violation citation. The data is stored in a database and clustered by data types. The user's computing device is used to identify user type, location, and time. A user engagement panel is used to share and rate parking violation related data and notifications, and rewards are allocated to a user for contributing useful data. Highly rated data may be incorporated into the notifications. The data is analyzed to predict or infer a violation. A notification corresponding to a current location and user type are generated when violations are predicted.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method is provided for computing and displaying a location-based trustworthiness score for a user. The location-based trustworthiness scored is determined based on at least location-based verification of time-location data from one or more transactions involving the user. Time-location data for the transaction is compared with time-location data associated with the user to determine a location-compliance level. The location-compliance level is used to calculate the location-based trustworthiness score for the user. The location-based trustworthiness score is transferred to one or more computing devices associated with one or more additional users for display.

    Abstract: The invention is related to pairing a customer with the best service provider upon a selection from the customer in on-demand transportation service. A platform in the invention provides a graphical representation of the electronic interface displaying sets of indicators that reflect transportation service relevant data corresponding to each of the available service providers and containing two or more identifications through at least a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver. The display is corresponding to the one or more inputs provided by the customer to the two or more search parameters including a maximum number of available service providers and at least one of the following groups comprising the one or more available service providers within a time span or a distance span for arrival to a pick-up location of the customer. The sets of indicators corresponding to each of the available service providers that match the preset preferences.

    Abstract: A method for providing a customized platform for facilitating prescheduling transport and delivery services based on estimated driver availability and compatibility with individual customers.
