Abstract:
本发明涉及一种伺服阀阀芯阀套冲蚀圆角测量方法，包括以下步骤：1)对待测量的伺服阀进行气动配磨曲线测绘，分别获取磨损前和磨损后的气动配磨曲线；2)根据磨损前的气动配磨曲线获取重叠量z；3)根据磨损后的气动配磨曲线进行拟合得到阀口圆角r。与现有技术相比，本发明方法简单、计算量小、无需对阀芯阀套圆角进行直接测量。
