Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for a media guidance application that coordinates the display of direction-specific media assets on a display device associated with a particular direction. For example, the media guidance application may receive data (e.g., stored when an image or video was created) that indicates a direction a content capture device was facing when the image or video was captured. Based on that data, the media guidance application may select a particular display device (e.g., a computer, tablet, television, etc.) that corresponds to the direction (e.g., from the point of view of a user) on which to present the media asset.

Abstract: Systems and methods for displaying content based on event monitoring are disclosed herein. Control circuitry plays a delayed portion of a live content stream via a primary display window. The control circuitry detects an event in the live content stream and plays the event via a secondary display window overlaid upon the primary display window. The control circuitry determines whether to modify an aspect of a secondary display window based on the event and modifies the aspect of the secondary display window based on a result of the determining.

Abstract: Systems and associated methods are described for determining popularity of new content and generating a recommendation to modify content to increase popularity. The system analyzes a content item to determine an anticipated level of user activity over a future time period on a sharing platform. Based on the anticipated level of user activity, the system further recommends applying a modification to at least one attribute of a content item will increase popularity. The system further identifies a plurality of platforms based on the popularity of the content item, and the system also generates a recommendation for uploading the content item onto a platform wherein the platform makes the content item accessible to a plurality of devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods are presented for providing of dynamic content based on user preferences, for example, identifying a consumer's preferences for a media asset and tailoring the media asset to the consumer's preferences to encourage the consumer to continue to consume the media asset. The system generates the media asset for consumption. The system identifies a media asset consumption profile based on the media asset and a viewer profile and identifies a second media asset that may be used to enhance to the first media asset. The system generates an enhanced media asset from the second media asset based on the viewer profile and provides the enhanced program for consumption. An enhanced media asset may include the video content of the first media asset and the audio and text content from the second media asset.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides system and methods for a vehicle infotainment system (VIS) to monitor physiological parameters of occupants of a vehicle. The VIS also monitors vehicle operating parameters. The VIS is able to detect when an occupant is experiencing a physiological condition and correlates the physiological condition to one or more vehicle operating parameters. In response to detecting a physiological condition and to determining the correlation, the VIS causes an action to occur in order to mitigate the physiological condition and/or to seek assistance for the physiological condition.
