The movable member and the stationary member are arranged separate from each other along a main axis. The driving magnet is positioned on the movable member. The driving coils are arranged corresponding to the driving magnet and are disposed in the stationary member. The conductive layer is electrically connected to the driving coils and is disposed in the stationary member. The external terminal is exposed by the fixed member and electrically connected to the conductive layer. The thickness of the external terminal is different from the thickness of the conductive layer.
