The present application relates to a sealed and integrated climbing scaffold, comprising a hollow frame structure, a plurality of mechanical arm devices, a plurality of climbing fulcrums, a lifting system, and a construction operation platform structure; wherein, the hollow frame structure includes an inner guide rail and an outer guide rail, the inner guide rail and the outer guide rail are capable of sliding relative to each other; at least two of the mechanical arm devices are fixed on the outer guide rail, at least two of the mechanical arm devices are fixed on the inner guide rail.
