The cross-sectional shape is a shape of a cross-sectional surface of the wiping portion. The cross-sectional surface extends along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The downward hanging direction is a direction, which extends along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction.
