The frame includes a plurality of fiber-reinforced resin layers foamed by laminating a plurality of fiber-reinforced prepregs in which a reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin. A normal line to a plane of each of the fiber-reinforced resin layers forming the ring holding portion coincides with an axial direction of the ring holding portion.
