The clip-clamp with top lock device includes a closure assembly including a pair of lever members spatially arranged and facing one another and also including an interconnector extending between the lever members, and further including at least one biased member connected to the lever members for memory retentiveness and to bias the lever members about and seal an opening of a container such as a bag.
