The support element is structurally independent of the front frame and at least one appendage is mounted to be rotatable on the front frame, at the nasal support region, about an axis of rotation and also acting on the nasal support element, in order to displace the support relative to the front frame, the at least one appendage being reversibly locked in a selected angular position relative to the frame, about the axis, so as to improve the adaptation of the nasal support element to the shape of the nasal region of the face.
