The controller is to execute delay control on lighting possible periods in which the plurality of light emitting elements are to light in unit delay control periods so that an order of delaying the lighting possible periods in a single unit delay control period among the unit delay control periods is different from an order of delaying the lighting possible periods in any one of the unit delay control periods other than the single unit delay control period.
