The covering portions (53) have an opening (55) configured to expose parts of the wires (100) when viewed in the facing direction at a position overlapping a formation area of the wire pull-out surface (66). A mounting portion (59) extends from an edge of the opening (55) to the back plate (51) and is configured such that a binding band (75) for fixing the wires (100) is mounted thereon.
