The drug delivery device comprises a content display for displaying information related to one of the cartridge and the drug contained in the cartridge. The content display is configured to selectively display at least two different pieces of information and is configured to be adjusted mechanically to display one of the pieces of information. Furthermore, a set of the drug delivery device and a plurality of mountable elements is provided, wherein the mountable elements differ in their shapes and wherein the displayed piece of information is specific for the shape of the mountable element.
