The touch panel control unit detects a touch upon a touch panel surface, and acquires touch point coordinate information which is information for specifying a location which is touched on the touch panel surface. The pen incline information acquiring unit acquires pen or input member incline information, which is information relating to an angle which is formed by the touch pen and the touch panel surface when the touch pen and the touch panel face are in contact. The coordinate correction unit corrects, on the basis of the pen incline information, the touch point coordinate information when the line is drawn with the touch pen or input member upon the touch panel screen.
