The inflatable bladder is positioned in between at least two polyurethane foam layers, supported on the seat base. The seating apparatus further comprises a pump unit operatively connected to the inflatable bladder via a conduit for inflating or deflating the plurality of air cells for providing adjustable firmness to the seating apparatus.
