The network request is received by a processor accessible in a network from at least one requesting subscriber unit subscribing to a first network service configuration. A conditional logic provisioning command driver is provided in response to the network request by the processor to reconfigure the first network service configuration to a second network service configuration according to the received network request. The conditional logic provisioning command driver may be implemented conditionally according to at least one business rule associated with at least one value defined by the network request.
