A method of editing a digital image is provided herein. The method includes displaying a first image in a user interface presented in a display of a user device, receiving a selection of an edit area of the first image, and displaying a portion of a second image of a plurality of still images in the edit area of the first image. Each of the plurality of still images is captured in succession adjacent to the first image. The method further includes replacing the edit area of the first image with the portion of the second image to generate a modified image and storing the modified image in memory as an image file.
