The method in the first cell comprises individually controlling the transmit power of the plurality of distributed transmission points within the first cell A. By being able to individually control the transmit power of each distributed transmission point to perform inter cell interference coordination, this has the advantage of improving the performance of victim UEs in the second cell B, while not impacting the performance in most UEs connected to the first cell A (e.g. the aggressor cell).
