The memory bears instructions executable by the processor to determine at least one of whether the first device is facilitating a telephonic communication with a second device at least in part using a speaker phone feature, and that plural individuals are within a proximity to the first device during the telephonic communication. The instructions are also executable to transmit to the second device data pertaining to at least one of the use of the speaker phone feature and the existence of plural individuals.
