In particular, the method may include providing for display of primary information on a display of a first device, providing for display of ancillary of information on a display of a second device, receiving location information at the first device, and updating the ancillary information provided for display on the display of the second device in response to receiving the location information at the first device. The primary information may include route-guidance information for a route. The ancillary information may include information associated with the route. The ancillary information may include additional information relative to the primary information. The ancillary information may include point-of-interest information along the route.
