The projected apex angle is about 52 degrees. The body has an arched profile. The body is asymmetrically shaped or generally D-shaped. The body has two slots that extend through the body on opposite sides of the projection. The handle includes a spring-biased release button having a pair of pusher arms, wherein each slot receives a respective pusher arm. The handle includes a plunger extending through an opening defined by the body and extending through the projection.
