There is provided a mobile communication test apparatus for performing an operation test of a mobile communication apparatus which performs wireless communication by bundling a plurality of frequency blocks. The apparatus includes: a logical channel distribution section 30 that performs a distribution process on logical channel data to be transmitted to a mobile communication apparatus, on a logical channel number basis, in accordance with preset distribution information; a plurality of communication processing sections 40 and 50, each of which is provided to correspond to each of the plurality of frequency blocks and receives the logical channel data which is distributed; and a data exchange section 60 that transmits the logical channel data from each communication processing section 40 or 50 to the communication processing section 40 or 50 to function as a transmission source of the corresponding data for the mobile communication apparatus.
