A transmission unit connects a drive motor, and a spindle-like discharging rod of the discharging piston is provided with the thread, a rear part of the longitudinal extent of which discharging rod has a spiral-toothed, non-self-locking spindle section, and at a front end of which has an engagement element for engaging in the discharging piston.
