The access point includes: a plurality of antennas; and a scheduler used for performing the MU-MIMO communication with a plurality of terminals at the same time and at the same frequency. The scheduler is configured to determine the combinations of the terminal users on the basis of uplink communication quality information of the plurality of the terminals when the MU-MIMO communication is performed, and to send the determined combinations of the users as schedule information.
