The requiring unit requires, in a case where a time at which a communication from a second information processing apparatus was received corresponds to the information regarding the period of time, a first information processing apparatus to transmit the management setting. The second receiving unit receives the management setting. The transmitting unit transmits to the second information processing apparatus the management setting.
