In the seven layer structure of the optical multilayer film, a layer on the plastic substrate side is a low refractive index layer, and the low refractive index layers and high refractive index layers are alternately disposed. At least the high refractive index layer at the center of the seven layer structure contains substoichiometric titanium oxide. In a plastic lens for spectacles belonging to such a plastic optical product, the plastic substrate is a plastic lens substrate for spectacles, the interlayer is a hard coat film, and the optical multilayer film is an anti-reflective film.
