The entity includes a memory in communication with the network interface. The entity includes a processing unit in communication with the memory which stores in the memory the mobile station location, and which sends a response received from the remote server regarding the datagram to the mobile station from the network interface using the mobile station's location in the memory prior to a wireless connection with the mobile station being established. The entity may include a processing unit that recognizes the received datagram is for Machine-to-Machine Applications and requiring Sub 100 Millisecond Datagram and Response Delivery.
