The second end unit has a housing with a connection end configured to connect with a connection feature of an extension arm of the device and a support end spaced apart from the connection end. The housing is configured such that, when the connection end is connected with the connection feature, the support end, the first end of a band of the device, and a nosepiece of the device define at least three points of contact along a plane spaced apart from the surface of the extension arm with the second end unit disposed between the surface of the extension arm and the plane. The cable also includes a cable body extending between the first end unit and the second end unit.
