Moreover, the second storage system 50b performs remote copy by replicating metadata of the migrated file from the first storage apparatus 10a to the third storage apparatus 10c at timing of the migration (synchronously), and replicating the entity data of the file to the third storage apparatus 10c at timing independent of the timing of the migration (asynchronously).
