The server defines a flow of a process in accordance with the processing request based on the multi function peripheral and the cause of the error, and transmits UI information for instructing the execution of the defined process to the multi function peripheral. As a result, the multi function peripheral executes a process corresponding to the processing request in accordance with the defined process based on the information instructed by the user based on the UI information.
