A participant right module is presented for determining a plurality of participant rights according to the plurality of meeting rights of the meeting and the associated user rights of a participant of the meeting. The system includes a plurality of participant client modules for receiving and sending media stream according to the plurality of participant rights of corresponding participant, and a matrix module for processing and distributing media stream to and from the plurality of participant client modules according to the plurality of participant rights.
