The supporting substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A first barrier layer and at least one layer of a first shading layer are sandwiched between the first photosensitive layer and the first surface of the supporting substrate. The first barrier layer is arranged between the first photosensitive layer and the first shading layer; a second barrier layer and at least one layer of a second shading layer are sandwiched between the second surface of the supporting substrate and the second photosensitive layer, and the second barrier layer is arranged between the second shading layer and the second photosensitive layer.
