The plurality of first barrier electrodes includes a plurality of first and second sub-electrodes in a zigzag pattern along the scan direction, the plurality of second barrier electrodes includes a plurality of third and fourth sub-electrodes in a zigzag pattern along the scan direction, and the third and fourth sub-electrodes being offset with respect to the first and second sub-electrodes along the scan direction.
