The tract of said element that directly faces the treadmill belt is displaced in the same direction as said belt and the tract of the element that faces away from the belt is displaced in the opposite direction to the latter. The aid also comprises at least one fixing element, which is located on the tractive element, for supports for part of the feet and/or legs.
