An example method includes sending a combined registration request message for at least one evolved packet system service via a first radio access technology, receiving an EPS service registration accept message comprising an indicator that indicates that circuit switched fall back is supported, and when the user equipment has a voice centric setting, reselecting to a second radio access technology.
