The apparatus further includes a side plate attached to the frame and moveable with respect thereto, the side plate having a second bushing and a second fixation pin. In addition, the apparatus includes a drill block assembly releasably attached to the side plate and moveable with respect thereto, the drill block having a third bushing and a hinge pin.
