The fan assembly includes a rotation shaft, a rotor coupled to the rotation shaft, a stator disposed inside the rotor, and a fan including a hub having a receiving space therein, and a plurality of blades disposed at a circumference of the hub, and coupled to the rotation shaft such that the rotor is spaced from an inner surface of the hub respectively in axial and radial directions, thereby preventing a transfer of vibration of a permanent magnet to the outside, and thus reducing the generation of noise due to the vibration.
