A polymeric support is provided between the separator and at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and the ratio (MO/MA) of the amount (MO) of the nonaqueous electrolyte solution present between the electrode body and the exterior package to the amount (MA) of the nonaqueous electrolyte solution present in the exterior package is 0.04 or less.
