The metal film contains a first film having a discontinuous structure obtainable by vacuum deposition of a first metal, a modified surface obtainable by modification of the surface of the first film by bringing the surface into contact with air, and a second film having a discontinuous structure obtainable by vacuum deposition of a second metal on the modified surface.
